Dovetail Royalty Partners buys mineral and royalty interests across the Anadarko Basin and the Bakken. There are more owners ready to talk than the team can get to, so Dovetail is adding seats. Both roles are contract, work from home, and paid a day rate based on experience.

Closer, Mineral and Royalty Acquisitions

Contract, part time to start (2 to 3 days a week). Works from home, some field days.

The closer takes interested sellers from the first real conversation to a stated price, a written offer and a signed purchase agreement, then follows each deal through title review and funding.

• Has closed mineral or royalty purchases, not only leases.
• Comfortable with net acre and decimal math and basic title.
• Anadarko Basin or Bakken experience preferred.
• No land company agreement or non compete that covers this work.

Mineral Buyer

Contract, full time. Works from home.

The buyer works a daily queue of researched owner leads by phone: reaching the owner, confirming what they hold, learning whether and at what price they would sell, and handing interested sellers forward with clean notes.

• 3 or more years buying minerals or royalties, or leasing with real owner contact volume.
• Comfortable on the phone with owners all day and steady through a lot of noes.
• Anadarko Basin or Bakken experience preferred.
• No land company agreement or non compete that covers this work.
